The Perfume Paradise Operational Time

We operate on working day basis (Monday to Friday).

Any order made on Saturday, Sunday or Singapore Public Holiday will be processed on the next working day.

 
We guarantee processing period of 1 to 2 working days until your order is sent for delivery.

Shipping Terms and Conditions

The Perfume Paradise mainly uses Singapore Post and its respective partners to ship within Singapore, as well as to Malaysia and other international countries reachable by SingPost. Shipping fees will be charged accordingly based on what type of service you choose, the destination and the total weight of the merchandise.

There are three types of shipping service available: Surface Service, Airmail Service and SpeedPost Service.

  1. Surface Service offers the lowest price, but it takes longest time to ship (might take 3 to 15 weeks for international countries). If you are in low budget and not in hurry for the merchandise, it is recommended to take this service. You are given option to have it as registered article (extra S$2.20 is applicable). Registered article gives more secured delivery. Addressee must put their signature upon receipt of the article. Besides, the shipping status can be also tracked online. You will like to choose this option if you want a secured shipping. Note: This service is not available for Malaysia and Brunei. For delivery within Singapore, only this shipping service is available.
  2. Airmail Service is the typical shipping service. It is available for all countries (excluding Singapore). Typically it takes 6 to 14 working days to reach the destination. You are given option to have it as registered article (extra S$2.20 is applicable). Registered article gives more secured delivery. Addressee must put their signature upon receipt of the article. Besides, the shipping status can be also tracked online. You will like to choose this option if you want a secured shipping.
  3. SpeedPost Service is available for you if you want your merchandise to be shipped fast and securely. Typically the delivery time will be 1-2 working days for most countries. The delivery also is covered by insurance. You can also track it online. Not applicable for shipping within Singapore.

Merchandise will be sent for shipment on typical working days (Monday to Friday excluding Singapore Public Holidays). Once a successful order is placed, a processing period of one to three working days will be needed before a merchandise is sent for shipping. The suggested delivery time when you choose your preferred shipping service is counted once the merchandise is sent to the courier service provider. 

Do write down your special instruction or comment if you have special request. We will do our best to fulfill your request.

Please note

  1. Overnight, express or expedited may be delayed by customs and we are not responsible for any delays due to inspection of goods. If you wish to have your order shipped by UPS, Fedex or any other means, please contact us as well. Contact us now.
  2. You need to bear the risk of  merchandise loss and and untraceable delivery if you DO NOT choose Registered Article.

Refund & Exchange Policy

Customer's satisfaction is our first priority. Thus we apply Refund & Exchange Policy to protect our honest customers' rights while maintaining The Perfume Paradise benefits.

You can request for refund or exchange within 7 days of purchase, with any of the following reason:

  • The merchandise is a manufacturing defect.
  • We shipped you wrong merchandise.
  • The merchandise is damaged upon receiving.

We will  not entertain any request of refund or exchange for the following cases:

  • You simply do not like the merchandise.
  • For damaged merchandise, the damage is caused by you.
  • Any case that is suspected to be a violation of our Refund & Return Policy.

Send us an email (sales@theperfumeparadise.com) with the following details for your request of refund or exchange.

  • Your name (as of stated in the invoice).
  • Reason for return
  • Order number/Paypal receipt number
  • Additional comment if any.

The Perfume Paradise reserves the right to refuse exchange or refund based on any of the above conditions deemed unacceptable. However, it usually will not happen for honest request.

Customers are accountable to bear the shipping cost, except for the case of wrong shipment. The Perfume Paradise will cover the return and resending shipping cost for the merchandise that were shipped wrongly.
